Refund Policy

We are very precise about our shipping policy and service. As pregnancy care is a very important health factor, we ship products strictly on time with a speedy delivery system intact. We also make sure the products arrive safely to you in discreet package.

  • Customers qualify to receive 100% refund of item’s billing amount, if the delivery is not made.
  • Consumers should provide a right reason and order number when they request for re-shipping or refund.
  • If the products are not delivered in estimated time, customer can claim a full refund or ask for a free-of-cost re-shipping.
  • does not consider and process refunds, if the product gets back to it because of incorrect shipping address supplied by the consumer.
  • Total billing amount refund is provided to customer, if order is cancelled prior to its confirmation.
  • Only 50% refund of billing amount is offered for orders canceled after they are approved.
  • For requesting a refund after item is delivered or shipped to customer, he/she needs to contact us on email or live chat. The customer care will give a shipping address on which the person has to return the product. We will return 50 percent of billing amount to customer, once we get the item.

Note: If the order is cancelled in 2 hours from booking online, only then its refund request will be considered.
