I took the Misoprostol pills a little bit earlier than the given 24 hours - i took it after 20 hrs. I know, that you are supposed to follow the instructions word to word, but I couldn't wait any longer. The effect, for me, was regular though. Within 3 hours i had started to bleed a little - only a little spotting, however, afterwards the bleeding became heavier and heavier. After a lot of bleeding for three days straight the bleeding reduced. I didn't see any blood clots though, maybe they were too small for me to notice, but I am sure the abortion is complete, since my blood test reports show that my hCG levels have lowered significantly.
