After I took the Misoprostol pills, I started bleeding in two hours. The bleeding gradually increased and I began to pass blood clots a size of lemon. As the blood clots passed they became bigger and bigger and suddenly the bleeding diminished. I had to change my pads four times in a day. I lightly bled for three days and then spotted a couple of times after that. My abortion went something like this, when i took Mifepristone, i bled lightly for the first 12 hours then it stopped. A day later after i took Misoprostol, again the bleeding started, this time more intensely. I passed small-marbled sized blood clots 5 to 6 times in total when the bleeding gradually reduced and then eventually stopped. I feel much better now.
