After I took the Misoprostol pills, I started bleeding in two hours. The bleeding gradually increased and I began to pass blood clots a size of lemon. As the blood clots passed they became bigger and bigger and suddenly the bleeding diminished. I had to change my pads four times in a day. I was cramping a lot after taking Misoprostol, unfortunately I hadn’t bought mtp kit, so I didn’t have the side effects management pills.
