Whereas your breasts themselves do not have muscles in them, the underlying muscles might resist the pull of gravity by toning. Try to do weight training at least twice a week.

Chest presses can help you strengthen your shoulder, pectoral, and triceps muscles. Lie on your back on the floor with a weight in every hand. Your elbows must be touching the floor with your forearms straight up in the air. Shove the weights straight up until your arms are extended. Lower back to the starting position. Repeat same.

Stand straight and hold a weight in your hand with your palm facing up. Put up your biceps with biceps curls. Bend your elbow and bring the weight towards your shoulder. Bring it down and repeat. Do push-ups to strengthen the muscles in your arms, back, and chest.

While doing exercise your breasts may bounce up to 4-15 cm. This stains connective tissues, which attracts your breasts to your chest and skin, which covers your breast tissue. An appropriately fitted sports bra can hold your breast in place, lessen the bounciness, and does not stretch the skin and ligaments.

4) Protecting your skin’s health:

Avoid smoking to preserve the youth and elasticity of your skin. Nicotine constricts the blood vessels in your skin causing it to get less nutrients and oxygen.  Additional chemicals in cigarettes harm the elastin and collagen in your skin making it weaker and less stretchy.  This causes sagging and wrinkling.

5) Protect your skin from skin damage:

Low V-neck shirts are sexy and cool during the hot summer months; however they also expose the skin above your breasts to harmful UV rays. Ultraviolet radiation damages the collagen and elastin that are crucial to the skin’s connective tissues, making the skin less agile and prone to sagging.
